The Hernando Beach area features waterfront living for people who want to take full advantage of what the “Florida Adventure Coast” has to offer its residents. Situated right on the Gulf of Mexico it is home to many boating enthusiasts and water lovers and offers unbeatable views and beautiful sunsets. All in all, it’s one of the best areas around and we love it.
Hernando Beach still has many waterfront lots available, particularly in the deed restricted area of Hernando Beach North, and will have around 3,000 homes upon its’ completion. There are both freshwater and salt-water areas depending on the preference. There is also both direct and indirect gulf access for boats depending on the area.
Hernando Beach is also home to several State Parks, the pick of which is Pine Island Beach. There you can soak up the sun or cool off in the Gulf. While you are there you can also grab a snack at Willy’s Tropical Breeze before you leave.
Hernando Beach really comes alive when you are looking for restaurants and bars with a thriving social community. You are sure to see one of our team taking in the fusion creations at Brian’s Place or enjoying sunsets with a beer at Tropical Grille. If you want every day to feel like it is a weekend then this is the place for you.
